The 3 day work shop is an introductory course that includes both theoretical as well as practical parts. Participants will be able to experience all steeps of a qPCR experiment, from DNA/RNA isolation to data processing. All the time three experienced supervisors with Taata certification for basic qPCR, statistics and sample preparation, will be present to address any question that may arise.

All data analysis will be preformed on a user-friendly qPCR program and all participants will receive a one month free license for the program. Additionally an excursion to visit a qPCR facility as well as a presentation of next generation sequencing methods will take place.
