The main aim is to link academic sphere with the economy in order to extend the entrepreneurship culture among young people, students, professors and researchers and the rest of the inhabitants of Primorska and to provide a complete support service in terms of infrastructure and business counselling for newly developed high value added enterprises and new top-level research organizations in Primorska region.
